1. Acceptance of terms
By inviting Eleone to a Discord server, running its commands, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the bot or website.
2. Eligibility
You must meet Discord's own minimum age and account requirements, and comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using Eleone. Server admins are responsible for confirming the bot's use fits their community's own rules.
3. Using Eleone
Eleone is provided as a music and utility bot for Discord servers, along with this informational website. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the bot and site for their intended purpose. You may not reverse-engineer, resell access to, or rehost the bot as your own product without permission, where the underlying project's own license (see the linked repository) allows.
4. Acceptable use
When using Eleone, you agree not to:
- Use the bot to stream, queue, or distribute content you don't have the rights to share.
- Attempt to overload, spam, or exploit the bot's commands, filters, or voice connections.
- Circumvent premium checks, forge vote records, or share/redeem tokens you weren't issued.
- Use no-prefix, owner, or admin-tier commands without the authorization those tiers require.
- Use the bot for any purpose that violates applicable law or Discord's own policies.
6. Availability & changes
Eleone depends on third-party infrastructure (Discord, Lavalink nodes, Spotify's API) that can experience downtime outside our control. We may add, change, or remove commands and features, and may update these terms; material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Eleone is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bot or website, including lost data, lost premium time due to outages, or service interruptions.
8. Termination
We may suspend or remove Eleone's access to a server, or restrict a user's access to specific commands, if these terms or Discord's own policies are violated. You can remove the bot from your server, or stop using it, at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of
